Pros

Senior managers are knowledgeable and good people

Cons

Terrible new management, over-work employees, turnover at an all time high, no opportunity for growth, poor management coming from the top, no work/life balance be prepared to be there 6 days out of the week 12 hours and no family time. Salary employees are expected to work 60+ hours a week and don’t get any compensation. Disappointing first job out of college. You will be over worked and put to work as shift work with rotating nights. Stay away!

Pros

No pros while I was there. Terrible wages and bonus structure. Vacation is below what other companies provide. Medical insurance is sub par.

Cons

You work under mental duress. Promised bonus' all the time. They never happen. MBM is not followed. Managers use it incorrectly. Horrible company. Procurement group was the worst. If you were a sycophant for the vp you were golden. He put people into jobs who were unqualified. Place is not healthy for any minority, including gays. If you're white male you're good.
