      Poor leadership. Good paying job.

      Pros

      Pays well. Good environment for learning new skills. No traveling.

      Cons

      Spend countless hours and dollars on wasted efforts because leadership would not listen when advised by senior tradesmen. Culture which pushes the idea of perception of safety, but turns blind eye to unsafe acts when production is affected. Wasteful spending while laying off employees for economic reasons. Management held to lower standard than hourly workers. MBM principles of integrity and humility not followed by leaders.

      The employees are trying to their best. They support each other and make do the best that they can.

      Cons

      Management does not accept responsibility for their own failures. They use employees as their scapegoats.
