Pros

They do buy lunch several days a week, which is a good thing, because most of the employees probably don't get time to go shopping.

Cons

Working 6 days a week and not being able to plan any time with family. After working to 11:00 p.m. all week, they expect you to return to work Saturday morning to work day shift. If you do get a Saturday off, you are told late on Friday. Making it impossible to plan anything for the weekend. Management lacks in knowing how to manage. They are very inconsiderate; they have no respect for the employee and his/her family.

Pros

Big Brand name that is recognized in the market. WFH flexibility. Internal Mobility.

Cons

MBM is preached but not practiced. Leadership is constantly changing. Pay is under market. "bonus potential" is a term used loosely.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I appreciate your constructive feedback and sharing where you see opportunities for areas of improvements. Given the large amount of recent organizational changes, we have to remember to get the basics right. It’s our expectation that every employee has a compensation review at least once a year with their supervisor as an opportunity to review current market pay and cover bonuses as it relates to performance. I encourage you to speak with your supervisor, HR, or contact me directly to discuss and share your thoughts. We have a continued journey of exciting transformation ahead of us as we create an enterprise TA capability, so I’d encourage you to be an active part of driving that change and identify areas where our team can improve. If I can help, please let me know at Katie.Schuckman@kochind.com. - Katie Schuckman, GP Talent Acquisition Director
