Pros

Field personnel have great support within the GP infrastructure, Salesforce Effectiveness Team tries to be cutting edge and innovative.

Cons

They have guiding principles call MBM. It is theoretical and practiced. Many people refer to it when it is convenient but they do not by any means live by it. The field management is weak. They do not know how to lead people just manage processes. They do not provide raises.

Pros

Ability to move around to different departments and positions. MBM philosophy is good when actually practiced. Quality performance reviews every six months with specific goals.

Cons

Promises for raises and promotions are not kept. Added responsibilities and duties without raise or title. High turnaround in management. MBM philosophy is not followed, is actually seen as a hindrance by management.
