Pros

I enjoyed working with the Energy Transition Team.

Cons

I worked in the Rancho Cordova, CA office. I was retaliated against because I came forward to my supervisor how I was uncomfortable about the racist and sexual comments they made. They put me on PIP (which is a loophole) over the holidays. I put my two weeks in because they were going to fire me.

Pros

A lot of autonomy for pursuing interesting projects in new areas with new people; dependable, intelligent, and social coworkers; hybrid work; company investment in travel and continuing R&D

Cons

Lack of transparency for salary decisions; lack of ability to negotiate on salary increases; lack of understanding of business management at branch level for the early/mid-career folks; productivity goals for early-career don't allow much time for non-project-based training and receiving mentoring; expected consulting lifestyle beyond the 40-hour workweek; 'well, we're all busy' is not an answer for needing help

Pros

Great Benefits and really great people to learn and grow with. Room to move up in the company in certain areas.

Cons

Until recently, salaried employees were not compensated for any overtime hours worked. Just recently implemented STOT. Would be okay but a lot of people left the company due to this so salaried individuals had to pick up the slack working 60+ hours a week to meet deadlines without pay. Bonuses were great but with new ownership there is uncertainty with how much will be issued which is what helped the massive amount of overtime worked without pay. Bad apples in various offices which then poison the whole orchard. Profitability outweighs safety on some projects but is swept under the rug.
