Pros

- Some of the folks are OK people - There's a tremendous amount of incredibly boring projects to do

Cons

- *RED FLAG* Staff level turnover is >50% (probably more like >80%) - Salary is terrible. Bonus is a joke There's just so much wrong with this company. The work is so easy a trained monkey could do it (unfulfilling). Do NOT trust coworkers. Management is either oblivious or they straight up don't care (both). CEO is absent. And on and on and on and on. . . Start your career somewhere else.

Not that great

Pros

Lots of knowledge and experience in the company.

Cons

The upper staff and management don’t share that knowledge. The culture also overworks you and makes you feel guilty to take vacation or only work 40 hours. They treat lower staff very poorly and then wonder why they all leave.

Pros

-Amazing company culture and fantastic colleagues. Anyone and everyone are only a phone call away if you need to reach out. -Interesting and diverse projects. -Solid career advancement planning and reliable annual raises/bonuses. -Strong emphasis on personal and professional development. -Networking opportunity with all types of clients across the Government and Corporate spectrum.

Cons

-Consulting. Working like an hourly employee for a salaried position leaves many employees working 10-30% overtime to meet targets. -A lot of small projects with a higher likelihood to get stuck in an emergency situation/deadline. -Higher than normal propensity for burnout among staff.
