Large company is about all I can say.

Cons

After 25 years of dedication and numerous money saving ideas and projects,i was let go by a ruthless he dept.without reason .management was so devious ,let this be a warning to all potential employees, I was 3 and a half years away from early retirement when after only two weeks of having my review and scoring higher than anyone at the plant I was let go by an HR dept.at management's request over an accusation of not showing mutual respect to an intern.

none of the management associates knows nothing about making steel and are too busy making graphs and pivot tables to learn about the process.
