      Poor Management, lack of caring for employees mental health needs, cliquey, company policies don't apply to everyone (especially management)

      We’re sorry that you feel that way. Geritom does it’s best to hire qualified candidates. Our experience with this individual is they were disruptive in team meetings and believed that the company attendance policies did not apply to them. As a result, this individual was terminated. After speaking with Joy Harrington, Glassdoor content and Community team member, she stated that “the reviews posted on this page are highly subjective opinions” and certainly does not “act as the finder of fact with respect to content.” Unfortunately every company will have someone who’s disgruntled about something, whether it’s true or not. Even so, we wish them well in their future endeavors.

      Pros

      Good opportunities for advancement, culture rewards those who put in time and work hard to advance. Attitude is very highly cultivated and those with poor attitudes do not last long. Company parties, events, benefits are more than previous companies that I've worked for. All employees genuinely care about helping our patients and others.
