      Pros

      Some of the things I value the most about working with Geritom Medical is our goal and our mission to the group homes and persons served. Always doing everything possible to make it easier on the staff and clients we take care of. As well as taking care of the staff at Geritom as well where it is needed.

      Cons

      I feel like the things that can be improved on getting new and older employees to work as a team. It is something that is out of management control, even if they try, but I have noticed that sometimes it feels like others aren't on the same page when it comes helping each other help our clients.

      Pros

      Geritom Medical has been a great place to work. The culture and atmosphere are very driven, which, in my opinion, is amazing because each individual has a key role in the bigger picture. Another aspect of Geritom Medical that I truly value is their willingness and encouragement to better your skills.

      Cons

      Efficiencies throughout. The pharmacy has done a tremendous job with workflow improvement. I would love to see improvements throughout Geritom Medical. Pharmacy and Medical Supply.

      The co-workers you are around.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to be blind that the problem with this company stems from them. Not the employees leaving. Poor communication to its employees.
