Pros

The ability to contribute in a meaningful way irregardless of your level or experience. Great culture and global community. A flatter hierarchical structure than similar companies, which gives you the ability to learn more about the company. A fantastic mix of experience, culture and diversity.

Cons

No real downsides, as there is a true life/work balance, as opposed to a work/balance. Supportive colleagues and managers.

Hello and thank you for posting a review on Glassdoor! Following the pandemic, we implemented increased flexibility around hybrid and remote work to improve work/life balance options. Following this change, we have seen increased levels of productivity and engagement, which have only re-affirmed the decision to not require employees to work in the office. It is possible that some managers may be newer to managing in this environment, which could result in inadvertent micro-management tendencies. If you feel that you are experiencing some of these, I encourage you to share this feedback with your manager. If improvements are not happening, another option is to connect with your HR Business Partner or myself at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!
