Pros

- Some really amazing dedicated people - Great product - Good benefits

Cons

- 'Stuck in a rut' feeling - absolutely NO career progression - Very confusing direction from senior management, who do not stick to their decisions for more than a few days - Employees feel devalued constantly, absolute no power to make decisions or think outside the box - Feeling that you are not doing enough, with ridiculous letters being sent to staff saying you are expected to work harder, when you are already working really hard, and frustrating approval processes

Pros

Love the poeple in my office and team around the world. Great product to sell, great brand, and great minds.

Cons

It's hard to grow inside the company if you're not in the US or UK. Hard to get a raise. :(
