Pros

Everyone is great to work with. The benefits are the best that I have had working full time. The location is very funky and pleasant. You get to see lots of excellent images and footage. The development process for IT system is the agile/LEAN methodology. I enjoy learning the business of stock photography and the footage industry. You get can work from home with a VPN connection as needed so you don't miss your family. Everyone has value to the process at Getty Images. Everyone is respected and listened too.

Cons

The cost of parking in the building is to high.

Pros

Getty provides great benefits and a good work/life balance. The location is awesome! There is growth potential in the consumer image market. People are nice.

Cons

In the technology department there's a bit of the good old boy's network. The hardware is older. The culture is corporate and consensus driven. There is limited career growth potential.
