Hi, there - thank you for your review! I'm glad you found our hybrid work principles to be advantageous to you! We want employees to feel like they have the flexibility to work in ways that work best for them, while still supporting business needs. Thank you also for your feedback on salaries. Our Compensation team works hard to regularly review market data to ensure all of our employees are being paid fairly for the cost of labor in their market. If you are concerned about your pay, I highly encourage you to connect with your HRBP and/or your manager. There are resources available to help you feel confident in your pay. If you have anything additional that you'd like to share in this regard, or, any other feedback, feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Pros

Getty Images was a fun company to work for. It is not so big that ones work gets lost. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

I don't have any cons that aren't obvious. Getty is not an Amazon or Google but that is part of its charm.

Pros

Benefits, WFH, colleagues and individual team cultures are all wonderful.

Cons

2023 has been a hard year for Getty. The growth projections sr leadership put out were completely unrealistic, and the company is paying for it. Sr leadership is almost completely lacking in diversity, and the CFO and CRO are out of touch with the market, company, and need of their employees. Sales teams have had to take on additional responsibilities within the company, with some teams working 3 jobs in 1 role. The commission plan is a joke, overly complicated and inconsistent across teams. There are tons of silos across the business, making it difficult to coordinate across teams. It's a shame; this used to be a great place to work.
