We know flexible work may not be for everyone, but we promote our Flexible Work Principles so employees know how they can remain connected even when not in the office, like our Donut Slack channel, which connects employees throughout all areas of the business so they can get to know one another outside of the office, through Zoom. With so many offices located around the globe, we also hope employees have the opportunity to work from an office if nearby - we regularly hold in-office events to support morale as well!
