Pros

Professionalism, diversity, inclusion, accountability, transparency, good work-life balance, team effort means never feeling like you are on an island, seems to be recession proof, responsible hiring that doesn't lead to mass layoffs, easy access to co-workers, hybrid work has been a huge plus!

Cons

Difficult to move up the ladder as most departments seem to limited. Health insurance benefits while pretty great have declined their coverage over the year and as I write this there is a fear that a major vendor may not be included in our coverage soon.

It sounds like overall you've had a great experience as a Getty Images employee, and I'm so glad to hear! In terms of career advancement, we have built career ladders for every role, team, and function in the company. This allows transparency on what the next step is and how to get there. Your manager can walk you through areas of opportunity to focus on during regular one-on-one meetings or during your quarterly check-ins. Regarding Benefits, we have a comprehensive plan that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage; flexible savings accounts; life and disability plans; retirement plans; and employee assistance programs, just to name a few. I am unsure what you are referencing when you say a major vendor may not be included in our coverage soon. As of today, I am unaware of any current benefit plan vendors exiting the space. Being part of the Getty team is a great experience for me as I feel like I am truly appreciated and considered a valuable member of the company's family.

Cons

As a Customer Service representative, my job can be stressful at times. However, I am grateful for the protection and support provided by my colleagues and manager whenever issues arise.
