If your young you can climb the ladder. Fair compensation.

Cons

Once you start to climb it become very stressful /painful and you are always looking over your shoulder to see who is going to stab you back to get your position.The early days you was taken care of what I mean is by that if you was loyal you never had to worry about having a job but once you hit 50 years old they want nothing to do with you unless you made it to VP. They have no feelings for your loyalty .

Non-Management Coworkers are often team oriented, likes of co-operation. Medical and Dental Benefits are reasonable. Most Management are reasonable.

Cons

The biggest issue right now, at this exact moment is. Management is attempting to remove Lunch Breaks, Policy is you get a lunch if scheduled for an 8.5 hour shift. So all shifts are going to cap at 8 hours, ensuring nobody gets a lunch break. When asked about it, response was 'Lunch Breaks don't benefit the company' Upper Management are out of touch with Employee and Customer Base. Constantly blamed by customers for high prices we have no control over. One of the Worst paid jobs in the area outside of mom-and-pop level shops. after 5+ years, make about a dollar more than the current starting pay.
