      Pros

      Very stable work environment that always has something for you to do. There is really no down time in the supermarket business so the time passes quickly. Great benefits / Salary OK Really great co-workers throughout the company, from the main office to the stores.

      Cons

      Holidays are when the heaviest work loads occur and you may not be able to take extra days off to enjoy long holidays with the family. You may actually be working more. They don't always hire from within so you may not be getting that promotion you'd be perfect for.

      Pros

      Paid every week and steady job. Also get to try new things on a daily basis. Also work with some good people except management.

      Cons

      Everything Else. upper management sticks their work on us and write us up for dumb things. Policies suck and I hate it. HR doesn't do crap except for one person who at least tries. It seems that every 6 months we get something new on our work load to the point that we cant finish it all. Management cusses out people if you cannot finish your job.

      Great benefits pkg after 3 yrs service workable shifts, friendly members, union Nice thank you dinners, picnic and or parties

      Cons

      Break times get forgotten, Not all stores use the same union and union doesn't always transfer from store to store. Everyone is disposable Everything in the store is done by rank, those with higher rank always rule
