      Extra dollar an hour; no customers; work at your own pace

      Cons

      The store is a mess; nobody communicates properly; the shelves are filthy and too much gets ordered for the amount of space on the shelves; co workers are incompetent or rude to each other and there is no sympathy for how hard and how much were expected to work; I hear complaints from shoppers and coworkers and there’s a lot of drama; I wasn’t even properly trained and it seems that I get backlash for things I didn’t even know I did wrong.

      The constant changing of the way we handle our service is quite aggravating. Managers don’t acknowledge those who are over achieving in the workplace and tend to lack in confronting workers who don’t do their work. I’ve worked there for almost a year now and I’ve received a 35 cent raise, but this raise was given to everyone in the department, not individually.
