Management could care less about the employees, especially when it comes to scheduling Routinely will schedule you outside of availability and then take hours away when you bring up the issue Managers act like they hear you out if there’s a problem but will do nothing about it Absolutely no trust of employees No respect for those who are working at Giant as a second job, especially if regular job does not allow for you to have weekday availability When asking off for education-related events managers decline the request and schedule you anyway, forcing you to call off & chance a write-up Entire structure is set up for employees to fail Way too many reasons to be written up Manager “forgot” to put paperwork through for a raise after training for another position. I had to wait 2 weeks for approximately 8 months worth of back pay

Long hours doing mundane work day in and day out. Everyone feels entitled to get your help so chances are you’ll be bouncing hetween different departments with eratic hours.
