Pros

Works with high school schedule to let you keep your studies and work balanced.

Cons

Unstable work schedule that changes every week, hours cut without warning, little opportunity to move up, and low job satisfaction.

Terrible and Slave Work

Pros

Family atmosphere amongst the employees. Great customers for the most part, of course you run into a few bad apples -- but that's everywhere.

Cons

Hours have been cut severely as if one doesn't pay rent, and other bills. This sadly only applies to part time workers! So if you are lucky enough to get hours they make you do them at night and only 4 hours IF that a day. I feel like I'm back in high school where I get off from school and go to my petty slave night job. Seems like the more raises you get the LESS hours they give you. Tons of excuses from upper management. And did I mention NO family work balance whatsoever! You have to work weekends, horrible mid shifts that take away your life.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, hours are decent

Cons

Incompetent managers that don't know anything, only care about numbers.
