      Pros

      good insurance, 75% coverage free.. no monthly commitment to it. simple place to work. Not best career choice as there is little room to go up.

      Cons

      sucks especially if ur not a skilled worker. Register attendents get fired on a daily basis with little reason or warrant

      Nice Co-Workers Relaxed Environment (when store management isn't at store) Decent breaks (15 min every 4 hours) 5 percent off on purchases

      Cons

      Low wages Raises based on hours worked, not senority Department manager unfair with when schedule requests must be put in Low weekly hours Get called in constantly instead of being scheduled Management incompetent No reward for doing job well (100% on mystery shops, top cashier for week) Not enough casiers working, management gets upset with worker when lines are long (2 casiers scheduled during peak times)
