      Pros

      Clean work environment. Good IT help desk support. Little down time for computer problems. Paid weekly. Coverage for personal holidays,vacation and sick days by scheduler.

      Cons

      Insufficient payroll staffing hours to meet patients needs .Ever increasing administrative demands. No company sponsored continuing education. No mentorship program for new grad hires. Transfers done with little notice. It's Thursday, start your new store Monday. Few meaningful reviews or job performance appraisals. Upper management who identify problems but offer few practical solutions. Corporate management from out of state truly unfamiliar with the "culture" or needs regionally. Overworked, over burdened district managers whose attitudes filter down to store management. Strategically and historically takes a lag-lag approach to employee raises. No mentorship program for support help-technicians. No scheduled lunch or dinner break.

      Pros

      Hard to get fired once you get through the 90 day probation. I get to take my break when I want to(only because I work in the back). I was allowed to switch departments once I turned 18 and an opening became available. But I had to badger management for months before it happened.

      Cons

      Been here three years, only getting 8.75, nobody cares about their job so nobody does the job correctly. I have been given more responsibility without receiving a pay raise.
