Pros

Good environment, lots of different ethnicities and no discrimination. Everybody is friendly and willing to help, some are even funny and crack jokes. Company meetings and newsletters help to promote a more cooperate environment and keeps all employees up to date.

Cons

According to an employee that was quitting, they were refusing to pay her her saved up vacation time for some reason, in the end they payed and I only heard her side of the story, either way it left an impression.

Pros

Growing company that has a lot of growing opportunity if you are self learner and self motivated employee. Multicultural company in a good way. Nice and clean facility. Only work with one of the three owner. Hardworking man.

Cons

Need to have proper training for new employee at least for the work flow. Need to update software so can eliminate unnecessary step to increase productivity and efficiency Every employee is over loaded with work that can cause mistake.
