Company has some really great employees. You can meet some really good people there. And of course, you'll encounter some that are not so good........ The 3 owners are really hard-working individuals.

Cons

Company needs improvement on operations. Salary is low. Politics and favoritism exist in this company.

Can't think of one (at least the check didn't bounce).

Cons

Look at all the other negative reviews (e.g., unprofessional, dehumanizing, etc.). That about sums it up. Horrible environment, staffed with mindless robots.

Pros

I really liked working for this company! They foster growth and a office culture that is fun yet professional. It is a huge company with a very diverse work force. Depending on what department you work in ... it can be a very interesting job. I was a Sales Coordinator and I got to work a lot with they buyers and our creative department on a various seasonal projects.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to work with some of the people in purchasing and getting our samples and shipments. Also they implemented a new system and went live without a trial period.... that really was not well thought out but it was a great system.
