Very low pay, hypocritical slogan "People are #1" when instead employees are routinely insulted and ridiculed in public by the 3 Iranian Jewish brothers, and eventually disposed of to be replaced with other low-paid employees. The first brother is the most unstable one with sudden outbursts of anger for no reason. Probably because he spends way too long at the office secretly reading everyone's emails (access provided by a secret outside IT consultant), but unable to say out loud he read your emails. The second brother is micro-managing the purchasing department, making authoritative decisions to discontinue items just created and imported, and grossly mismanaging the inventory (overwhelmed and lack of delegation skills). The third brother is tired of this, and keeps busy watching dirty images on his computer.

After initial welcoming period wears off, most people are rude. A lot of the management and employees have been there for years so they are very close minded to new ideas and ways of doing things.
