Management is extremely loyal. If you like it here, you can stay for decades and many people do. Company is adept at creating a lot of mediocre products that sell very well

Terrible office space Below market pay and benefits The three brothers make all the decisions No ability to telecommute - they don’t trust you Antiquated technology Very high turnover HR cares about the employees, but the owners only care about the ones who are able to put up with them and their poor pay and benefits
