Business growing fast and organization expansions as well, too much departments and persons involves in a single transaction. Need to improve the system to work more efficiency.

Pros

People are very friendly (super nice HR team) and always try their best to help each other. It is a multicultural working environment in a positive way. There is always something new to learn and room for improvement. This is a growing mid size company.

Cons

No 401k matching and very few holidays. The office building is old and outdated but very clean.

Pros

I really liked working for this company! They foster growth and a office culture that is fun yet professional. It is a huge company with a very diverse work force. Depending on what department you work in ... it can be a very interesting job. I was a Sales Coordinator and I got to work a lot with they buyers and our creative department on a various seasonal projects.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to work with some of the people in purchasing and getting our samples and shipments. Also they implemented a new system and went live without a trial period.... that really was not well thought out but it was a great system.
