Pros

Very family oriented company. Everyone is very welcoming and always try to help with anything we need. They're very understanding and flexible with your schedule, I received good training from my coworkers. I received a better offer at a new company as to why I had to leave, but it was a tough decision as this company was my second home.

Cons

It's been a little hard to grow in the company, but I've learned a lot of new information.
