Pros

Good environment, lots of different ethnicities and no discrimination. Everybody is friendly and willing to help, some are even funny and crack jokes. Company meetings and newsletters help to promote a more cooperate environment and keeps all employees up to date.

Cons

According to an employee that was quitting, they were refusing to pay her her saved up vacation time for some reason, in the end they payed and I only heard her side of the story, either way it left an impression.
