Most of the people who work at Gift of Life take pride in their job, which is becoming harder and harder to find. Salaries are competitive and benefits are exceptional. Staff satisfaction is becoming more of a priority. At the end of the day, you get to leave work knowing that you've directly or indirectly helped people.

Cons

Business professional dress code is unusual for a nonprofit (though it does contribute to the polished appearance of the organization). Hours can be long.

The biggest positive is being able to help people who are facing challenges and some of the worst times in their lives.

Cons

Leadership in my department was incompetent and disappointing. I do not feel resources are used well, and talented employees are not invested in. Issues with management and staff are not addressed.
