Great mission. Coworkers are good people - there is a team atmosphere. Nice perks like Thanksgiving lunch, holiday party, employee of the month, etc.

Cons

Management is either completely hands off or else micromanaging. No room to move up. Staff turns over a lot. The hours can be hard depending on your job.
