Great place to work; it's a fast-moving startup

Pros

- Work with incredible people who are very talented and fun to work with - Work on cutting edge technology projects with exceptional development teams - We're moving into larger, more important projects with big-name clients - Comp plan relatively fair and sales org gets a lot of support from rest of company - Engineering support for sales reps has improved tenfold in the past year

Cons

- Still some growing pains and working through revising a lot of processes - Lead gen improving but still requires concerted outbound/networking effort to hit targets - Required to help significantly with post-sales project execution/account management, though Customer Success / Fulfillment team is growing
