Poor Delivery at Client Expense

Pros

When Ionic Partners bought Gigster, all the services continued to be delivered by the same people and customers experienced little change! All operations remained exactly the same for a while, as the priority was to eliminate all non-operating expenses and liabilities to deliver great profits to the new owner.

Cons

Ionic Partners began to change as new contracts were signed and with new customers, shifting to low-cost offshore resources doing a poor job, especially given what customers are paying, and a HUGE departure from Gigster’s brand, The company has proven to have moved to a low-value model.
