Been a whirlwind but glad to FINALLY have an executive team that knows how to run a healthy business!

Pros

- Lots of opportunities to learn and wear multiple hats - Enjoy working with my colleagues and we have some really awesome people in our network - Our new CEO Andy lives the culture vs just talks about it ... he also met more clients in 3 months than our prior sales leadership had in the past 1+ years - Openness / inclusiveness on feedback, continual improvement and changes - focus on ROI vs just a booking number that eats at company bottom line - Quick and rational decisions on non-performers and tools we didn't need (feels a bit more like a startup)

Cons

- Change AGAIN at the top and a bit of the drag of having to fill the hole left by challenges of the recent years - Team is running super lean although steps already being put in place to hire support in HQ

Pros

Via the new acquisition, things are back to basic to the original vision of the company. Great pipeline of projects, customers, partners and people. Exciting times, it has its start-up mojo again, like the early days.

Cons

There is a lot residual hang over from poor execution by previous management. There are a lot resets, however there are significant investments and support to remediate quickly.
