Pros

- Superb direction from upper management - Company culture is the best I've experienced thus far in my career - Top-tier salary and compensation packages - Ability for quick career advancement; management believes in promoting within as much as possible - Ground-breaking technology that will fundamentally change how workforces are managed and data is collected - Headquarters walking distance from BART, CalTran, MUNI, and Ferry

Cons

- This is only a con if you are allergic or dislike dogs, but office is pet friendly and there is usually one or two dogs in the office

Pros

The company gives you the opportunity to really get involved with all aspects of the business. Really strong team environment with a close group of people supporting an emerging product.

Cons

Has been a fair bit of turnover, but that trend seems to have settled.
