No consistent vision Poor leadership - The entire management team has no idea how to run a small company, treats employees as nothing more than a body in the office. Toxic Environment Very little "team" feeling for such a small company

Working at Gigwalk is a great environment for someone who likes taking on multiple roles, adding real value to a growing company, and growing as an individual exponentially.

Cons

At times the it feels that the leadership team can be disconnected from the company when they are making pivots to keep the company innovative.
