Great colleagues. Staff is very professional and willing to work together. School admin available to listen. Very student-centered.

Cons

Parents' and students' words are taken about teachers. Board does not support teachers when it comes to teacher safety during Covid19.

Parents control executive decisions, leadership has poor problem-solving skills, still a "good ole' boy" mentality at district, very top heavy, not good at hiring from within
