Most families and coworkers were great. New school board seems to be trying to fix the problems.

Cons

Current administration (superintendent and anyone she hired) is terrible and pushing out families and long time employees. Low pay, frozen for years.

Benefits and lots of vacation and sick time

Cons

New administration at district office and they are getting rid of employees that have been there over 20 years and replacing with new non experienced staff. No loyalty at all. No raises in over 7 years. No advancement.
