Pros

There is a sense of love-dovey family here and appreciation not seen in many other districts. Administrators generally are talented and the district ensures support staff are at very helpful numbers. The behavior and academic support systems in place are valuable tools for student academic growth.

Cons

Pay. Benefits are not as good as one would think.

Pros

Flexible hours clean place to work family oriented and there is a dress code and a level of professional work that matters in the lives of the children

Cons

You work around children who are at school even when they should be home sick. You have to deal with a ton of non English speaking people.
