Snacks and great equipment. The people in the lab are awesome.

Cons

Absolutely horrendous management. Couldn't even figure out how do layoffs properly. Zero career growth, extreme favoritism. The business team is useless and has no understanding of the science being performed. The science is interesting but the expectations and timelines are unrealistic

Love my colleagues and more junior team members - a lot of smart people with great ideas

Cons

Leadership is inexperienced and have little humility, there is no strategy to guide teams, too much middle management which causes inefficiencies in decision-making and execution. I do not have a positive outlook for the company, especially if the exec team does not change.
