Great place to contribute

Pros

Everyone is encouraged to contribute to all parts of the company which is really refreshing. As a result, there can be a lot of noise in terms of people sharing feedback, but it's nice to see people willing to share their opinions regardless of role or level. It's at a size where it's possible to drive an impact.

Cons

Fast pace of change, expectations can be really high in terms of speed and output. Collaborating in an all-remote setting can be challenging at times.
