Pros

Really enjoyed the first 60% of my time there. Somewhat enjoyed the next 25%. Hated the last 15%.

Cons

Mismanagement by middle management, followed by increasing micromanagement, led to a lack of trust on my side. On top of that, overall compensation was fairly low, due in part to an ever-sliding stock price.
