Pros

Fully remote and async culture is amazing. Everyone here is talented and on their game in terms of communication, knowledge and helping each other out. Super interesting product to be working on. Frequent coffee chats are also encouraged with your colleagues. Unlimited PTO is also a great benefit.

Pros

- The pay and benefits are competitive - The CEO is level-headed and a true thought leader. Would give him 5 starts except that his leadership team is not high performing and inconsistent. - The unique approach to enable people to be a "manager of one" is effective (e.g., very good at documenting process and responsibilities)

Cons

- Currently, there seems to be a leadership void that is resulting in a deterioration of the company values. In at least one particular department, an interim leader leverages a fear based leadership style. - Team members are sensing chaos coming from the executive team. - There is an over emphasis on short term results over long term planning and team member experience.
