Unlimited PTO they actually allow you to use, transparency first culture, amazing product you can stand behind.

Cons

Sometimes the company follows the “iteration” value too much and gets things out before they’re fully baked which results in some chaos. There’s also very little opportunity for upward mobility, the company seems to prefer to hire from the outside rather than promote from within

Management is not qualified to coach BDRs to be successful, bdr organization is miss aligned, territories are unevenly attributed (some territories are burned) and it is impossible to make quota without proper collaboration of AEs
