Thanks for your detailed and thoughtful review. We appreciate both the positives you highlighted and the constructive feedback about areas for improvement. Regarding neurodiversity awareness, you've identified an important area for growth. While we have resources available - including dedicated neurodiversity support channels, coaching through Modern Health, and reasonable accommodation processes handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/company/culture/inclusion/neurodiversity-resources, We're actively developing DIB masterclasses and neurodiversity workplace courses to address this gap. Thanks for taking the time to share such specific, actionable feedback. Input from technical team members like yourself is essential for our continued improvement.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with the people at GitLab—it’s something we take pride in. That said, we understand that a supportive work culture is equally important, and we’re actively working to improve this across the organization. We’ve been focusing on initiatives like our Elevate leadership development program to ensure our managers are better equipped to listen to and support their teams effectively. We’re committed to fostering a culture that not only values results but also prioritizes the well-being of our team members. You can learn more about this program here https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/people-group/learning-and-development/elevate-programs/elevate /.
