Pros

Really enjoyed my time here until the end when they started implementing policies that are geared towards less qualified, but certain demographics.

Cons

Began getting pressure to promote people based on certain appearance characteristics as opposed to merit. Hiring process is more focused on this, and the overall product quality has suffered. They recently announced they're looking to sell, which tells you all you need to know considering the IPO was in 2021. I've never understood "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" as it's never about including, and always seems to be about excluding a certain demographic.
