Pros

- GitLab truly embodies an exemplary remote-first culture. The flexibility to work from anywhere in the world is a significant advantage. - Transparency and collaboration are two of GitLab’s core values that are practiced every day. - Despite the decentralized way of working, I feel like I’m part of a very close-knit team. Collaboration works seamlessly, and there are numerous platforms and tools that facilitate communication and teamwork.

Cons

- The lack of direct contact with colleagues can cause some employees to feel less connected or to have difficulty integrating into the team.
