Pros

Everything you can ever want is online. It is a fully remote company, so sales enablement is top notch. Everyone is extremely helpful.

Cons

None so far. I like the "no water cooler" comment below.

All remote, company wide transparency, great benefits for US, diverse workforce, can tell your coworkers and leadership actually care.

Cons

All remote might not be everyone, normal start up problems.

Unlimited vacation time, and no commute

The benefits process during the initial start was delayed and a bit disorganized.
