Truly a global company!

Pros

Team members located in almost every country! This is a big appeal if you're like me and consider yourself a citizen of the world, and value cross cultural relationships. Everyone works remotely! I get out of bed and I'm at work at home. No more commuting in heavy traffic, no more unnecessary distractions, the company saves money by avoiding costly office expenses, all the employees gather once a year in a different global location. Everyone contributes! Transparency value means even if you're not technical, you get to participate.

Cons

None as of now, and I don't expect there to be any that can't be resolved!

Pros

Best company I've ever worked for. Strong culture, great leadership, competitive compensation, excellent work life balance, and a genuine focus on employee well being and career growth.

Cons

Fast paced environment and high expectations, but that's part of working at a successful, growing company.
