      Pros

      Great leadership, which drives a respectful culture, world-class products to sell, and amazing customers. What could be a better environment for a Sales Professional to be part of!

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "con", due to the shift in the way business is run today because of Covid. But, not having an opportunity to meet or interact with co-workers in person is unfortunate. It would be great to have at least an annual company-wide meeting to get to know other Glassbox employees.

      Glassbox is a leader in the very exciting Digital Customer Experience space. Our client list is unparalleled, with most of the largest companies in the world having standardized on Glassbox. Management and HR are always supportive and I am proud to work at Glassbox.

      Cons

      Glassbox is truly a global company, and with that come both the positives of global reach, but also some issues with people being in so many different time zones. However, everyone at Glassbox seems to pitch in, regardless of where they are or what time it is.
